Despite being physically distant, we bridge the gap by using online video calls. We survey sites with our Customer virtually and gave real-time step-by-step instructions to measure each doorway. 

Providing seamless product delivery is also critical to FloodX.  Once our Customer has selected the appropriate product and when measurements are confirmed, we take meticulous care in packaging and shipping. Each product is well wrapped to ensure its safety during transit and our logistics partners will help to reliably ensure that this international shipment is expedited.  

After our happy Customers receive our product, we will also guide them on product installation on video.
